The AutoFocus World "She Drives" shows I host aim to help buyers, especially women or those who buy for women gain insight on the new products, tech, design and performance for some of the top vehicles on the market today. Hyundai proves with the Kona EV that they are serious about being a major leader in the electrified vehicle space.

I really enjoyed the 2022 Hyundai Kona EV and found it well worth the time to explore its many benefits and features. Considering that there are hundreds of new fast charging stations popping up around the country, it will be a natural process for more electric vehicles to be on the road as we move toward carbon neutrality.

The Kona EV is also earning respect and accolades from the industry. The 2022 Kona's #1 ranking is based on its score within the Subcompact SUV category. It is the winner of the 2022 Best Subcompact SUV for the Money award. The Kona Electric has incredible driving range for such an affordable EV.

If you're looking to make the switch from an internal combustion vehicle to an EV, the Kona Electric is a great place to start your search. Price starts at $21,150. A better-equipped Kona Limited begins at $28,450 while the exceptionally sporty new Kona N begins at $34,200.

The Hyundai Kona has made a big splash in the hot subcompact SUV segment, capturing KBB Best Buy Awards in 2019 and 2020. Keep your eye out for this EV, you may find yourself turning your hear for a second look.
